Plan my cookie boxes ↗A bigger gathering
Scale your own ingredients from the original serving count to the number you need. Keep the units in your recipe.
Scale my ingredients ↗The pans you already own
Compare round, square and rectangular pans at the same batter depth before changing ingredient quantities.
Compare my pans ↗From a recipe for 8 to a table of 12
Use a multiplier of 12 ÷ 8 = 1.5. A recipe calling for 200 g of an ingredient needs 300 g for the larger batch. Enter the complete ingredient list in the recipe scaler.
Start an 8-to-12 serving plan ↗One recipe, several gift boxes
Fifteen boxes with four shortbread cookies each need 60 cookies. A recipe yielding 24 means three whole batches, leaving 12 extras. Plan each cookie type separately so every box gets the intended mix.
Before the oven goes on
Check your recipes, usable pan sizes and actual batch yields. Scaling quantities does not set baking time, temperature or storage life. Keep each recipe’s instructions with your checklist.
